The Women That Have Shaped Me

All throughout my life to this point there have been three ladies that have inspired me (and continue to do so). Having them a part of my life has made me who I am today. They are: my grandma, Bonnie Hermesman, my wife, Danielle Hermesman, and most recently, my daughter, Anistynn Grace Hermesman.

There is so much to say about my grandma!  She is the most kind and friendly person you will ever meet. She has quite a sense of humor. She is very direct and honest and she will tell you exactly what is on her mind. Growing up, she was my closest friend and the person that I could go to with anything. Being around her gave me a place to belong. Whatever I would aspire to do, she would be right there cheering me on. She was the first one to really love my photography and all the art I would create. She has always been there for me and continues to be, in more ways than one. Gram, there are no words to tell you how much I love and appreciate you!!!

My wife, Danielle, and I have a very interesting story. We met by a fluke due to a school assignment. We met over eHarmony and started corresponding over Myspace. The first time that I talked to her over the phone there was an automatic connection. We have had our share of ups and downs but we always made it out on the other side. She is amazing! With all my crazy ideas and things that I want to pursue, she has always been there right by my side. She is a huge part of my photography and the business. We have so many inside jokes and special little things between us. The inspiration I get from her comes from all the love that we have for one another. There is a new lens of beauty I see the world through. All my drive and confidence comes from how she makes me feel. She loves me in spite of all my short comings and I love her in a way I have not been able to communicate through words. Danielle Hermesman, I love you so so much!!

The most recent addition to those that inspire me is my daughter, Anistynn. I didn't know how to feel when she came into the world. I think that I was overloaded with emotions. She has brought a new joy to my life and a love that is best explained in the look between us we so often have. When it comes to photography and Anistynn, I can't wait for when she is a bit older and running around. Oh, all the candid photos to be taken! Catching her in deep thought on the playground or the ginormous smile she'll sport while playing tag. I cant wait for all the great moments to capture in the future! Anistynn, I am so excited to see where the future takes us! I cant wait to capture the special times and have them forever!

I have so much love for these three! They have bettered my life so much... and I know it will only continue to get even more amazing!
